WHAT
IS MEDQUEST? HOW DO WE DO IT?
The
Program is a hands-on exploration of health care careers designed to
introduce students completing grades 9, 10, 11 and 12 to career opportunities
in health care. 34 participants will be selected based on applications,
recommendations, grade point average (GPA), and interest in a health
career. EOU will offer two (2) Health and Wellness Studies credits
to interested MedQuest participants through EOU. Students
will be selected from the Cascades East AHEC region --counties of Crook,
Jefferson,
Deschutes,
Klamath,
Harney,
Lake and the Warm Springs Community in Wasco County to attend the 2010

PARENT
INVOLVMENT: Parents are invited for the closing session on the
final day of camp. At this session students will receive a certificate
for completing camp and a group photo.

- Transportation
not provided, it is the responsibility of the participant to arrive
at camp on-time for check-in.
HOW
MUCH?
- Tuition
is $320.00, a $50 deposit is required at the time of application.
(balance of $270 due by June 1, 2010).
- One full and two partial scholarships are available for those who may need financial assistance.
- You may apply for
a scholarship by checking the appropriate box(es) on your application.
- Application deposits and camp payments are subject to refund policy stated on application form.
